Club Notes 25th July 2022

There was no winner of the Cairde Seamróga Ros Liath lotto jackpot on Sunday 24th July.  The numbers drawn were 5, 9, 21 and 26. Gary Deery won the seller’s prize and the five lucky dip winners were Grainne Fulerton Armagh, Eilis Rooney Mullaghconnolly, Fintan Scott Tattenbar, John Armitage Lisnaskea and Kieran Murray Tattenbar. The £100 bonus winner was Peter McMahon.

Next week’s draw is for £8,800!!!  Access the Klubfunder link on our social media pages! The cut off for online sales is 6.30pm each Sunday, all sales after 6.30pm go into the following week’s draw.

The Senior team were defeated by Derrylin on Friday evening. Derrylin 3-08 Roslea 2-10. Their next match is against Donagh on Friday 29th July at 7:30 pm in Shamrock Park.

The Reserve team drew with Lisnaskea Emmets in the Championship on Saturday evening. Final score 1-08 each.

Training for Fundamentals, U8.5 and U11.5 will continue this week on Wednesday at 7pm.

U13 girls start their league campaign against Aghadrumsee on Monday 1st August at 7 pm in Shamrock Park.

This year is the 40th anniversary of the success of our 1982 teams. The club is organising a special commemoration night for all those who were involved and contributed to the success on Saturday 27th August in The Club Complex at 7.30pm. Invites will be issued by post very shorty.

This years Moanes Cross to Clones event raised a healthy total of £2085 & €565. Both Eamon Lynam & Marius Rooney would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you who contributed in anyway, either by donating or helping out on the day. All Money raised will be donated to The Air Ambulance NI & its Southern counterpart The Community Air Ambulance.

Conor Gallagher and friends are hosting a charity match in aid of Fresh Focus  in Shamrock Park on Saturday 6thAugust. Warm up starts at 2:30 pm. Raffle tickets are on sale now.
