The local community and young people are the bedrock of our club and many of our players play from childhood to adulthood. Our underage players will spend some of the most enjoyable days of their lives playing Gaelic football alongside their friends wearing the Roslea Shamrocks jersey.
We have a busy underage coaching programme which operates in a safe and enjoyable environment. Community and the younger generations growing up in our locality are important to us. We have numerous age grades competing as young representatives of our club. We also have established a fun, community led programme for youngsters through our ‘Fundamentals Sessions’ which are enjoyed by many families in the area,
